WANProxy 0.6.1 is now available from Subversion and on the web!

This release features:
o) The build system has been rewritten to use GNU Make, which should
aid users using WANProxy on non-BSD platforms.
o) A fix for a possible connection hang in the XCodec support for
handling requests for previously-sent data.
